Family constellations and emotional history: a reflective view

When a family story continues to take up a lot of space in the present, it may help to pause and notice what we learned about belonging, responsibility, silence and care. Family constellations offer a language for exploring those questions.

Looking does not mean finding one cause

A support conversation may help organize stories, recognize boundaries and consider new conversations. It does not prove that a family pattern causes a symptom, illness or decision, and it does not replace other support you may need.

Questions to begin

What specific situation do I want to understand? What story do I know and what remains unknown? Which responsibility is mine and which does not belong to me? What boundary or conversation would help in the present?

A process that respects your pace

Yoly supports individual processes from a systemic perspective, with online sessions across the United States and worldwide, or in-person sessions only in Chattanooga. The first step is to talk about what you are living and agree on the format clearly.
