Family constellations, biodecoding and other practices

Family constellations, biodecoding, Akashic records and other approaches are not the same. Before choosing, ask what each practice proposes, what preparation the facilitator has and what limits they recognize.

What is worth comparing

Look at the real purpose of the support, the facilitator's preparation and scope, what happens if a medical or psychological need appears and how results are described. Clarity includes avoiding guarantees and one-cause explanations.

An informed decision

A reflective practice may help you formulate questions about relationships, but it should not be presented as a diagnosis or treatment for illness. It is also important to know when another kind of support is appropriate.

Questions you can ask

What will happen during the session? What is outside its scope? How is privacy protected? Can I pause or stop? What professional care should I seek if I have a health or mental-health concern?
