An online session can be an intimate space to talk about a family situation, a relationship or a pattern you want to understand. Distance does not remove the possibility of careful listening and a wider perspective.
How does an online session work?
The session takes place by video call and begins with a conversation about what brings you. Yoly listens to the context, asks questions and offers a systemic perspective. The process is individual and adapts to your pace.
What should you prepare?
- a private place where you can talk comfortably;
- a stable connection and a device with audio or camera;
- a situation you want to explore;
- the freedom to share only what feels appropriate.
Who can book?
Online sessions are available for people in the United States and other countries. You do not need to live in Chattanooga. If you prefer in-person support, that format is available only in Chattanooga, Tennessee, by appointment.
Online does not have to feel impersonal
The screen is only the medium. The session depends on presence, listening and a clear agreement about the work. Choose a time without interruptions and silence other notifications if possible.
Make an informed choice
You can ask about the format, the purpose of the conversation and the limits of the support before booking. Yoly does not present family constellations as diagnosis or treatment and does not promise guaranteed results.
To ask about availability, visit Sessions or message Yoly on WhatsApp.
