Family constellations are a space to explore relationships, patterns and places within a family story. From a systemic perspective, the conversation centers on what a person wants to understand more clearly, without turning their story into a label.
What can be explored?
You may bring a relationship, a recurring experience, a family decision or a question about belonging. The purpose is not to find one explanation, but to observe connections, boundaries and possibilities with care.
What happens in a session?
A session starts with a conversation about the situation you want to look at. Yoly listens, asks questions and offers a systemic perspective. You do not have to share more than feels right for you.
What family constellations are not
They are not a medical diagnosis, emergency care or a promise of healing. A session does not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric support. If you have a symptom, crisis or safety concern, contact the appropriate professional first.
Online or in person?
Yoly offers individual online sessions for people in the United States and other countries. In-person sessions are available only in Chattanooga, Tennessee, by appointment. You can learn about sessions or message Yoly on WhatsApp.
