What to bring to a family constellation session

You do not need a complete family history or a prepared answer. The most useful thing to bring is a situation you want to look at with more clarity and the willingness to talk at your own pace.

One concrete situation

It may be a relationship, a repetition, a decision or a feeling that is difficult to organize. Rather than explaining your whole life, begin with what you want to understand or name.

What you already know

If you know names, dates or relevant family events, you can share them. It is not necessary to build a family tree before booking. The conversation can begin with your current experience.

Your boundaries

You can be clear about what you do not want to share. A respectful space does not force intimate details or require you to accept an interpretation. You can ask questions and request a pause.

A realistic expectation

A session does not guarantee that another person will change, that a relationship will resolve immediately or that one final explanation will appear. It may help organize a question and notice alternatives, while you decide what to do with the conversation.

After booking

Choose uninterrupted time. For an online session, prepare a private space and stable connection. For an in-person session, coordinate an appointment with Yoly in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Ask about format and availability on WhatsApp.

A care note

Family constellations do not diagnose or treat illness. If you need medical, psychological or psychiatric care, contact the appropriate professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

A question for you

Reading can open a question; conversation can place it in context.
