An individual session begins with a simple conversation: what is happening, what you want to understand and what needs more space. You do not need to arrive with a perfect explanation or a final answer.
Before the session
Think about one situation. It may be a relationship, a repeated experience, a decision or a question about your place in a family story. You do not need to know everything about previous generations.
During the conversation
Yoly listens to the context and asks questions that can widen the perspective. The work is individual, confidential and respectful of your boundaries. You can pause or decide what you want to share.
After the session
You may want to take notes, rest or let the conversation settle. There is no rigid instruction to follow and no need to force an immediate conclusion.
Available formats
Online sessions are available for people in the United States and other countries. In-person sessions are available only in Chattanooga, Tennessee, by appointment. To ask about availability, message Yoly on WhatsApp.
What a session is not
A session is not a diagnosis, medical treatment or emergency care. It also does not guarantee that another person or situation will change. If you need health or mental health care, contact the appropriate professional.

Can I book if I do not know exactly what is happening?
